I really enjoy recording music on the computer. My best friend & I always joke about turning up the “talent boost” button. Well friends let me tell you recording in the digital world is just about as close as you can get to having full access to the “talent boost” button.
Of course, Something the old analog world did not need was a high powered computer & dualing monitors. I have been pretty happy with my Cubase SX2 system. With all the SVT plugins & the direct x plugins available you have access to all the the effects your wallet can stand.
Anyway…
This holiday weekend I FINALLY got my second monitor put up. I had to go buy a video card that would handle the dual monitors & get it installed. Then I had to build a shelf to suspend the monitors over the tops of the destop surface. I’ll try to add a picture in a day or so. It really is not particularly well done, but should get me by until I get another couple of monitors to replace this set.
I will update you more in a day or so…hopefully.
